you know no one has to say you loose your right for it to happen.
Let me explain to you. The 2nd amendment is there to protect all the other rights against tyranny and corruption. Without this right we would of been invaded along time ago.
If someone limits the second amendment to the point that it becomes impossible or very hard to excersize the right of itself. That is the same as someone taking it away. right? Good I am glad you understand now!

Well if you sell them to someone who should not have them as is ALREADY stated in the law then you will go to jail.
therefore it makes no sense to make more laws concerning gun control for laws allready in place.

However, as i recall, you would have to have an address in the USA. I think you would need to be a resident would be the only other requirement.
Yes, non-citizens can buy guns in the USA in most states. I know of two people who did this before they became citizens.

sadly, if you replace the word “firearm” with the word “dog,cat or pets” you get the same kind of animal nutter bill that they are tring to get passed all over the country to make everyone get ther animals licensed to have them.

110% agree with your fourth point, and your third, the government shouldn’t be allowed to take our guns or control how we buy or use them,. these new bills that they are trying to pass make absolutely no sense to me either, they’re pointless and ridiculous, all of this is really starting to annoy the crap outta me, ammo prices are outrageous, same with the prices of firearms. i’m a hunter, and i cant enjoy my favorite hobby?
