   Calling the Black Panthers “Street Thugs”. This is what proves to me that Fox news and their “Contributers” are NOT even trying to talk to me. FJ come on man! The Black Panthers were not the best of people I know, but the did a whole lot to make sure people like me get a VOICE out there. Calling them street thugs is such an uneducated, and hateful thing to say.

   The much bigger picture here is that NOT every one should be allowed to have a gun. That is the truth.

   I guess that all combat vets want be able to own a gun.How many vets have been treated for a sleep disorder,the VA calls that PTSD or mental illness.Which is a bunch of crap.

   That became apperant to me when the whole Blagovich thing came down, and Burris was being named. Bobby Rush stood up there on the mic at the press conference screaming how it had to be a black man to replace Obama in the senate. Quaifications meant nothing to Rush the only thing that concerned Rush was the color of the persons skin.

   HR-45 could easily get tacked onto another bill and get passed before we know about it.
   Obama’s ‘transparency’ claim was a lie.
   We still don’t know what all was in that giant Porkulus Bill.

   The insidious thing about HR-45, is that it makes it legal for the Feds to bust into your house to search for “illegal guns”.
   “Illegal guns” refers to any gun you now own, if you aren’t ‘approved’ for the New Federal License.
   This can..and likely will…be used for political persecution & intimidation.

    Glenn…if everybody on the bus had a gun….90% of them would not be trained to have one….That’s one thing Beck left out.

    Nevermind training. Just let everybody have one. So that when the bad guy tried to shoot somebody…everybody jumps up…guns a’ blazin’.

    How many of those bullets will actually HIT the desired target? Not many.

    So where will they go? This is a BUS remember.

    Bobby Rush is a racist fuck. I live in Chicago and this asshole will come on the local news and speak about something that has to do with him or black person and he always throws in some sort of racist comment and nothing is said. Its unfucking believable. I wish he would have died when he had his stroke.

    And yea that ruling surprised me, But what did did not surprise me was how many times Obama flip flopped on that issue.

    Not according to the most rightwing US Supreme Court, which in the Heller decision of 2008 affirmed the 2nd Amendment’s protection of an individual right to bear arms, but which also said that “common sense” gun regulation is legal and acceptable.

    The Heller Decision is the one that struck down the DC gun ban.

    Glenn Beck is pimping this story because he wants to keep his ultraconservative followers in a constant state of panic. But HR45 is going nowhere. It’s stuck in committee, has zero co-sponsors, and will never become law. There is no way on earth it could ever pass the House or the Senate.
