Where is the Check an Balance in our system if we elect Obama? Dem’s control changes the game. Pls read below?

Where is the Check and Balance in our system if we elect a Democrat to the White House. There will be no way to keep the Dem’s Tax and Spend agenda from running away with us.
Obama has not just the one Tax on 250K incomes in mind. He has 4 more new taxes he wants and 5 tax increases in mind for a total of 10 Tax increases. You really think that is going to only effect the rich? And in the first 2 years there will be nothing to keep him from passing it all, including gun control legislation, and change the game by giving illegals the right to vote. He is in favor of giving illegal immigrants drivers licenses which will automatically give them voting privileges. Many states already have voter registrations tied to driver licenses. In other words there will be no going back. We will be stuck with the Democrats in control for a long time and no way to change it.
Wake up and smell the revolution.
a vote for none of the above or a vote for Ron Paul is the same as a vote for the worst possible candidate. Pls don’t do that. There is a huge difference in the candidates this election. Get informed and don’t let the Main stream media tell you what to do with your country.
You may be right about the Dems loosing in 2 years and the midterms, however, how much damage can Obama and a Congress he will own, do to our country in 2 years? And worst case scenario, what if this election gives Obama a super majority, Then there could not even be filibuster ability to balance out the liberals. They could do anything they wanted and the Conservatives could hardly get a word in edgewise. This is a very grave situation and most of the country doesn’t have a clue. Wow you can say that again. Ok THIS IS A VERY GRAVE SITUATION AND MOST OF THE COUNTRY DOESN’T HAVE A CLUE.
What was that about voting for none of the above? a vote for none of the above or a vote for Ron Paul IS THE SAME AS A VOTE FOR THE WORST POSSIBLE CANDIDATE. Pls don’t do that. There is a huge difference in the candidates this election. DON’T LET THE MSM TELL YOU HOW TO VOTE.

benji, do you not realize that a tax on the rich will be either evaded by the rich or passed on down to the middle class and the poor? And besides that it will help seal the recesion into a depression. Look at history. Raising taxes has always done that with the exception of Clinton, only because he was a lucky dog to have taken office when the cold war ended. One of the most optimistic era’s in history.

Taxes are how we have to pay for BUSH’S mistakes. We need money coming in. Why not tax the people making over 100k a year? I make less than 50k, and I am doing ok. Why can’t they?
Historically, a President with a Congress controlled by his own party has a more difficult time getting legislation passed than a President with a Congress controlled by the opposition.
But if the thought of a Dem-controlled Congress coupled with a Democrat President really bothers you, what do you think about the absolute mess our country is in after 6 years of GOP leadership?
I doubt the Democrats can do any worse!
Time for a CHANGE!
Think back to the Clinton Administration. I would imagine that it would happen about the same way. If Obama doesn’t impress the first couple of years Democrats may lose control during midterm elections.
