  3. NO we have a right to defend ourselves. If the congress enacts this bill I will surely protest to no end. They are afraid of you because you have a gun. As if you couldnt still kill a man with a knife. Hell while were at it why not ban the teaching of the martial arts. Idiots this is goverment tyrany at its most fine example. Do not let this pass !

  8. i wish more buisness would go cash only. we are taxed on to many things its so out of control. i will never understand the attention the gov gives this gun control thing. i am not sure what org presses this issue. We nee t ename america to “the secular ststes of america” what laws are the same? that “United”? What a load of shit. this new re writting law scares me. or the new laws to cancel old laws.

  9. NYC is way bad for violating 2nd ammendment rights. Even though I Had a concealed carry permit recognized by the State of NY, I would have to get permission from the commisioner of NYC to be able to carry in the city. How does a city have the right supersede a state law? More importantly. How does any law have the right to deny you of your Constitutional rights? FIGHT HR45 before you have NO rights at all.
    “Those that forge their guns into plows, will plow for those that won’t”.

  10. If you live in NY State and want to excersise your 2nd ammenment rights,The law says “too bad”. I grew up outside Buffalo NY, and moved to Oregon when I was 27. I did posses a “full” concealed carry permit in NYS when I was 21 years old. How did I get it considering it is damn near impossible? I was with the daughter of a superintendant of a sherrifs office for over ten years. I’m not saying that it’s right for how I obtained the permit. I think it’s way wrong! Pretty sad, huh?

  11. The crime rate is not bad at all. It was very bad in the 1980′s but now we are in the top 10 safest city’s.

    Move down here to Lower Ababama on the Gulf Coast. The Mobile area is wonderful. Alabama is a conservative state with great leadership. The industry is growing in this area.

    Also, New York is a Democrat controlled state hence the reason it takes so dam long to get a gun. This is what scare a lot of people that never carried a gun even democrats to buy one before Obama did the same thing nationwide if not ban them all together. Hopefully he doesn’t attempt to do that.Even putting higher taxes on them like New York could stir up a lot of you know what.

    I bought a Springfield .45 Cal XD hand gun and a Mossberg 590 12 gauge shotgun in under an hour at the gun shop here. Move to Missouri buddy. We’ll take care of ya! Good luck.

  16. Thanks for the info, maybe its so hard to get a pistol permit in NYC, is because of the crime rate?
